We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you may return your item in accordance with the policy detailed below.

Return Eligibility

For a return to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must not have been used, worn, or washed.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Any request made outside of this window cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sophiaottawa.com or via our Contact page, with the following information:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• A photo of the product (and of the defect, if applicable)
• Your full name
• Your shipping address

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will send you a return authorization along with the shipping address and instructions for your return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. International shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package is received correctly. Sophia Ottawa is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief description.

Our quality team will review your case as quickly as possible and offer you a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then submit a return request in accordance with this policy.

Important Information

All returns are shipped to and processed at the address provided in your return authorization.

Any return sent to a different address will be rejected.

Refunds are only issued after physical receipt and verification of the returned items at our facility.
